Color & Design

  • Body: The body of the saree is a rich olive green, subtly textured with a woven yellow and cream checkered pattern in threadwork.
  • Border: The entire saree is framed by rettaipettu border with bold bands of vibrant red, accented with fine threadwork rudrakshams, adding a striking contrast to the muted body and pallu.
  • Pallu: The pallu is the magnificent focal point, showcasing a luminous antique mustard and cream hue, richly woven with broad horizontal bands of intricate traditional patterns, including delicate paisley and peacock motifs in threadwork.
  • Blouse: It comes with an olive green Kanchi cotton blouse with the same border as the saree (as shown in the last picture).
