Shipping Destinations

We are currently able to process and ship orders directly to customers in the United States.

For customers in all other countries, we are happy to assist with international orders on a case-by-case basis. To place an order, please contact us directly via:

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.
  • Please note that processing time may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 2 business days (if applicable)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events or carrier issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered to an incorrect address due to a customer-provided error.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
