Color & Design

  • Body: The body of the saree is a beautiful dual-tone peacock blue, shifting between blue and green hues and intricately woven with a fine gold zari checkered pattern with tiny buttas in between the checks - in a thousand buttas design.
  • Border: The rettaipettu border is accented by a bright mustard block with gold zari on either side, creating a visually complex and luxurious piece.
  • Pallu: The pallu features a striking combination of a bright mustard band and a panel of dense, intricate gold and silver zari weaving with traditional yali, horse, anam, and mango motifs.
  • Blouse: It comes with a peacock blue silk cotton blouse with the same border as the saree (as shown in the last picture).
